When you start an adventure of this kind do not know if it will last a year or twenty. When I started the blog I raised it as a personal experience of discipline to verbalize the thoughts that arise throughout my work. I thought about it for a year and then analyze the work and the satisfaction that brings me. I will not hide that many days, after exhausting days of work, start writing takes me a little.
Well, way to tell you the impressions of these twelve months of work blogger.
1) Phenomenal hosting the blog. When I started this adventure I did more for me than for others, so I'm very pleased with the more than 13,000 visits to the blog has received Many thanks to all who devote a few minutes to follow what I think! addition, I learned that the blog it is more of a CEO, so I think that somehow you can also reach some influence environmental policy.
2) The origin of the visits. I have called attention to the blog entries from over 45 countries. I imagine that most of them are English users found incidentally outside Spain, but the number of entries from Latin America show some interest from foreign users. You may have to make an effort to further internationalize my comments.
3) Bullets. is perhaps the facet of the blog has filled me most this past year. I realize they are a bad copy of The Broken, which I admire, and I guess I just like me, but I like them.
4) Continuity. I would be able to write every day, but many days I'm too exhausted to write. So that depending on the month I write many or too few entries. I fear that taking into account that most of the writing more than 12 at night, not much solution. In any case do try to have more updated daily Facebook to several comments.
5) Content. Reviewing labels do not necessarily see that I write of the most important for biodiversity. Probably because I base most of my writings on current issues, and unfortunately in this country does not necessarily work on the most important.
6) Return. In some most contentious issues if there have been some comments, though most issues are not comments. I guess we like to read that comment. In any case, Facebook , where to hang each of the entries, if I receive any further comment. I guess FB is more interactive than a blog.
Well, the rewards outweigh the work that brings me the blog, and we will continue updating it a year. In any case, if any of you have any suggestions to make this blog more entertaining, interesting or whatever, that does not cut it to comment on this post or Facebook .
