I will open a new section on the blog to be called Pearls. It will be putting phrases or outlandish ideas that our public figures are saying for the territory or "qualified" written technical reports.

amazing thing the story is not that the mayors have reached a curious conclusion, but a whole Minister of Environment is able to believe it.
